SLACKISH REACTION: This Al Leiter thing is suspicious. I have been Mets Policing for a long time now and this as all the signs of there being a piece of the puzzle we don’t know. If could be that Al and Jeff are buying a Professional Fortnite Team together or it could be that Al’s cousin Murray is on the 126th Street Zoning Board. Something is up here, I’m telling you something is up.
The Mets were all like, “Hey your favorite Met Al Leiter is back” as if Al hadn’t been Mister Yankees for a decade. I don’t dislike the guy but let’s not act like Tom Seaver came home.
I wonder if Leiter still feels betrayed by the Mets like he did in 2004.
And Mets, send me the freaking press releases will ya? At least I won’t publish everyone’s phone number like one of the noobs did.
I don’t like to make fun of anything involving children, but the Mets tweeted they had 50 kids trying the Barwis method yesterday…..you can fill in the blanks.
