Mets’ Noah Syndergaard doesn’t have his own place?

Noah Syndergaard, who is scheduled to pitch Thursday, indicated he will fly ahead the previous day, but he’s concerned because he and his roommate Robert Gsellman don’t yet have the keys to their apartment and Syndergaard, a night before he pitches, “sure as hell” isn’t getting up at 3 a.m. to let in Gsellman. He makes $6 million a year.  He doesn’t have his own place?  Maybe he’s just lonely and likes having a bro-pad?

And I see the stories about playing a day game after a night game are rolling in.  Life is hard.  Sometimes you get 7 hours sleep and have to work before being off the next day.
