Hey gang, quick note. I’ll be traveling a lot for the next few weeks so my young apprentice Niko will be covering the site again as he did last summer.
Niko’s tweets caught my eye a while back, and he has the right eye and sensibility to write about the sorts of things that interest us here at Mets Police. Give him a follow on twitter and check out his own site Mets Plus.
Plus, Niko won’t be the only one writing..
That’s right, the Red Blogger himself @mediagoon is returning to Mets Police. If you can’t have Diamond Dave to make things entertaining, Sam is not a bad substitute. He’ll still be writing over at Van Hagar, but he knows all the nuts, bolts and beats over here at the Mets Police so he will be chiming in as well. Plus you ever know with these teenagers, I might come back and find Niko converted the site to only being about Fortnite.
I have been working on this break for six months so I have all sorts of pre-scheduled stuff to keep you reasonably entertained AND I will have some nice “live” surprises for you this weekend.
I don’t know how the site will behave in terms of auto-posting to twitter (as “@metspolice” even if really Niko) or Facebook (pretty sure it will) – so if you’re a regular reader and think the site disappeared you can always visit good old MetsPolice.com
