This is cool. For the Mets' 1969 reunion weekend, they redid their scoreboard graphics to mimic the old Shea Stadium board. Pennants are also painted onto the field. pic.twitter.com/pq0vYCC55P

Looks like the Mets went old school with pennants up the baselines last night, and got the IT guy to make the scoreboards look old school with a 1960’s analog feel. How cool.
If you look close, it does look like the scoreboard in Shea Stadium, almost identical, actually!
Unfortunately, it looks like the 1960s scoreboard didn’t hold up very well in 2019…
