The Mets twitter account did an unpopular tweet about taunting players

I am writing this at 8:09pm and it won’t surprise me if what you are seeing below this sentence is “this tweet has been deleted.”

What is/was there was a tweet that said best fans in baseball.

And if you played it you would come to this fan who seemingly interferes with the play….

 

 

….and then appears to be taunting the Indians OFer.

I know I am a cranky old man who hates LFGM culture, but hey let’s see what The People said.

You may recall not too long ago the Mets had a job posted for a new social media person. I suspect that this is the work of that new person. I have noticed that @mets has gotten…well….stupider…..kinda the way the @snytv account has…..so I doubt this was the work of the great Will Carafello but actually the work of the newbie. Whoever did it though….this is not who we are. Learn the room.
