SLACKISH REACTION: Watched the first two episodes of The Crown. Very very good. Played some Star Wars video game. Liking is less again – too many “where do I go now?” puzzles. Not the game I was looking for.
Oh, you wanted Mets news? There’s no Mets news. I could NOT LINKING you with today’s pitching coach rumor but really who cares.
I guess the interesting thing is how Astros-Gate plays out, and whether or not any of the mud gets on Inexperienced Carlos Beltran, the man our GM thought was the right choice to lead the Mets to a World Series championship.

(This might be one of most egregious uses of the banging for Houston)Chris Archer vs. Carlos Beltran

I imagine people have spoken about this already…But this press conference after the London Series, is revealing in some capacity to this entire Astros debacle. In 2017 AJ Hinch was Manager, Cora was Bench Coach, Beltran was player on team. pic.twitter.com/sUBbvxI5rU

How would MLB even react to this? Fines? Suspensions? I doubt this gets all the way to Beltran, but if someone does ask him some questions about it – well, that would be good for blogging.
