SLACKISH REACTION: I wish there were Real Things to write about, but there are not. I feel bad I have been only doing one post a day, and not a very good one at that, but it’s just been so quiet and sometimes I need to refresh my batteries. I do have something for you later today, it’s the Bad Takes Decade Team, with all the silly things you came up with. How is Jordany Valdespin doing anyway? We’ll get to that.
NOT LINKING: The other sites are all about projections today. Projecting the bullpen. Projecting how the lineup is gonna do. The one projection I am gonna make is that Pete Alonso will not hit 50 HRs and because he doesn’t hit 50 HRs the fans will turn on him. All of this has happened before and will happen again.
