Mets All 2010’s Team: 1B Lucas Duda

In honor of my new twitter follower Howie Rose I thought I would be less insane on twitter for a few days to ease him in, and that motivated me to do some non insane content.

With the 2010’s now complete we can finalize the 2010’s All Decade Team (wow we must be far in the future if we can look BACK on the 2010s).

At 1B…

Yes I am aware that The Vulgar One put up some numbers in 2019, but I am not ready to hand it over for one season.  I am also aware that LUCAS DUDA played some outfield.

Adios pardners.

But Lucas did play 8 seasons for the Mets, not many players have done that, and logged 500 or so games at first so he is the choice.

Lucas appeared in more games than ANY Met in the decade (David Wright is second and Juan Lagares third!)   Lucas hit the most HRs of any Mets player in the 2010s and was third most ABs, Hs, 2Bs and Rs.

Congratulations to LUCAS DUDA for making the All 2010’s Mets team, and welcome Howie!
