METS ANNOUNCE OPENING DAY ROSTER
FLUSHING, N.Y., April 7, 2022 – The New York Mets announced the following roster moves today:
- RHP Jacob deGrom has been placed on the 10-Day IL with a stress reaction on his right scapula.
- LHP Joey Lucchesi has been placed on the 60-Day IL recovering from “Tommy John” surgery.
- RHP Jake Reed has been placed on the 10-Day IL with a left oblique strain.
- LHP David Peterson has been optioned to Triple-A Syracuse.
