You guys think I am kidding when I throw a Mets player under the bus for doing something other than working out and watching game films. Let’s check in with The Next Seaver himself, Matt Harvey who IS working out and watching game films!

Looks like the former Royals and Orioles pitching star is getting ready to return as Dark Knights tend to do.
With a career record of 50-66 and an ERA over 4 he isn’t quite The Next Seaver yet, but at age 33 I am willing to say there is a lot more baseball left in that arm! For example, Original Tom Seaver went 14 and 2 in strike shortened 1981 at 36 years old. If The Next Seaver can hand in a 14-2 this year he’ll be just four games under .500 for his career!
Anyone else see that pitch out of Matt’s arm and think it’s a little high and meant to land in the second deck?
