I don’t know what to say about this. The Mets either don’t understand their own brand, or heading forward want their brand to be something else. If it is the something else, I am fine not being part of it.
This is a choice. This is going out of your way to make this the post, to make this the messaging, to make this the brand.
Also, is that an airbrushed cap or is Pete wearing a logo-less orange cap?
And is that an actual shirt, or airbrushed on..the white NY doesn’t look right.
Anyway, the choice of four letters is on purpose and from the main account.
