With Covid now over, The Big Zero, Marcus Stroman, apparently accepted the Mets’ QO

My least favorite Met, The Big Zero, Marcus Stroman, has apparently accepted the Mets’ Qualifying Offer.

As you may recall, The Big Zero opted out of the 2020 season because of Covid concerns.  Fortunately, with the pandemic now behind us and a new contract in hand, The Big Zero apparently is no longer fearful of contracting Covid and will continue to make huge contributions to the Mets as he has in the past.

In a tweet which tagged Mets owner Uncle Steve Cohen2,  The Big Zero said, “After watching the presser, I’m beyond excited to play for you sir. I could feel the excitement and passion you’re going to bring daily. Let’s go be great!”

The important part here isn’t the pitching, it’s that Coronavirus is now behind us.  Welcome back Marcus Stroman!  I’d say we missed you, but we didn’t.
