Pete Alonso for Ohtani and Daniel Murphy, who says no?

Time to change the Karma in Queens.

The great return of Daniel Murphy is getting closer and closer!

Murphy has slashed an impressive .342/.413/.488 with one home run and eight RBIs in 10 games for the Triple-A Salt Lake Bees. (via NY Post)

It’s time to change the karma and get back to the good old days of 2015 when the Mets wouldn’t be 18 games out of 1st place in early July.

Maybe as part of Steve’s makeover, he could trade Pete to Anaheim and get Ohtani back (a trade nd sign obviously, Steve is rich), and ask for Murphy as a throw-in to play 1B this season and next.

Fun Fact: Daniel Murphy has more NL Championships than Pete Alonso.
