As I continue to get the hang of the new site, here’s what was popular over the last week.
Here’s some pics of the Mets museum construction and the orange stairwells. Â I don’t want to overpromise, it’s mostly boarded up windows and an orange wall.
The Mets had a fan gathering for season ticket holders, here’s some pics.
A Mets official reportedly said they’d get killed no matter what they do. Â I commented on that, but then the next day when everyone overreacted to Matthews for Stokes, I think the exec may be right.
The Mets sent out holiday gifts, and many Mets fans got them in mid-January.
Speculation on my part, but I think Mets ticket sales aren’t going well.
There’s going to be a bar at Citi Field! Finally, somewhere to meet while we wait for a Seaver statue to be ordered.

I liked the SI article from 1970, when this was Mets-town and the Yankees had fallen on hard times.

Omar went to Buffalo to promise to make the Bisons better.
It might make financial sense, but it sure is annoying to think Bobby Bonilla will get $1 million a year from the Mets from 2011-2035.
