I’ve only gone to shake shack a couple of times and while the burgers are excellent I find the shakes are nothing to write home about. Surprised they got this much attention.
I love the shakes. I’m a big frozen custard type guy though. Not a lot of that around actually.
They really need either a shakes only line in the CF booth or a Shakes only booth in the Promenade Food Court.

The original in Madison Square Park has a separate line for sundaes and soda, but not shakes. I don’t know why. It would be nice to do that at Citi.
I suspect the opening to that video was done in the late innings — from the 7th on, the lines tend to be shorter, probably because most people have eaten lunch/dinner by then (and can’t get beer anymore, either). I used to try to get there early to get my burger before the game, but now I find it just as nice to eat light early and get the burger late.
