The Mets are visiting Walter Reed hospital tomorrow. Sandy Alderson says it is not mandatory and Terry expects attendance to be “maxed.”
Based upon everything that has gone on the last few years it’s probably best if all 25 players visit. If one player is squeamish, I imagine there’s a way to take part without being overly uncomfortable.
With Tuesday being the day after an off day, the media (and bloggers) will be looking for something to tweet about. Everyone show up.
