I thought I’d pick your brain to see if you have any nominees for the 2011 Mets Police Awards (aka The Mazzilli’s) which will be announced after Christmas. (Pictured, Randy from The Apple picks up his award in 2010).

– You Own This Jersey Award (given to the most random/cool jersey spotted)
– Best Writer
– Blog of the Year (traditionally given to a different non-repeat winner)
– Civilian of the Year (honestly, I may win)
– Mets Executive of the Year (probably locked up)
– Most Powerful Man In The Blogosphere (could I challenge Cerrone this year? Stay tuned.)
