The MLB shop doesn’t let us deep-link because that would be smart. Once you get to the shop throughout that capitalism-friendly link (I get a commission) just hunt through caps and look for the FRANCHISE one as you see above.

Last of the all cotton “Franchise” caps. ’47 now uses a cotton/recycled polyester fabric on the new “Franchise” offerings.
Maybe just me but I never liked these. Never thought the NY insignia looked like the on-field ones. Other teams’ Franchise caps look more like their on-field counterparts for some reason.
