I get the emails from the Green Bay Packers – a team that does great outreach (I own shares and I’m not a big Pack fan – I just love the idea of owning shares).
One of the things that they do (and the NY Giants have done it as well) is put fans on the tickets.
I know that baseball tickets are different from football tickets – I don’t even know how people who are season tickets holders get their baseball tickets – I have seasons tickets to the Giants and they send me a package in the middle of August.
Both the Pack and Giants have run contests where fans vote on who should be on the tickets.
The Mets could use one person on the tickets for each month of the season.
