On Friday, July 22nd the Brooklyn Cyclones will celebrate Jimmy Fallon Night at MCU Park presented by Hands High Apparel. As part of the evening’s festivities the Brooklyn Borough President will declare July 22, 2016 Jimmy Fallon Day in the Borough of Brooklyn, the place where he was born. Fallon, who is currently closing in on his 500th episode as the host of NBC’s “Tonight Show,” has become synonymous with fun, innovation and entertainment…just like the Brooklyn Cyclones (just on a slightly larger scale).
As part of the night, the first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a Brooklyn Cyclones Hands High T-Shirt. The shirt will feature the Cyclones primary logo on the chest and the interlocking BC under the arms, in the unique Hands High style. In addition, the Cyclones players will wear special “Late Night” jerseys featuring the Brooklyn Bridge, the New York City skyline and a full moon. The jerseys will be raffled off during the game and auctioned off following the game at CyclonesAuthentics.com with all proceeds to benefit local charities.

What else is in store for the night? It’s going to be wall-to-wall entertainment inspired by the viral hilarity that Jimmy Fallon is known for. There will be games of Water War, Box of Lies, True Confessions, Egg Roulette and more. Plus here’s a look at some of the fun:
Slow Jam the Starting Lineups – Usually reserved for Political Figures who stop by the Tonight Show set, we’ll take a stab at slow jamming the starting lineups to get the fun started right from the beginning.
Everybody’s Talking Bout My Tight Pants Race – Two contestants will race around the bases with one tiny – and we mean tiny – catch. They will have to wear WAY too small pants that will limit their movement.
Friday Night Thank You Notes – July 22nd is a Friday, and Friday means Thank You Notes. But we’ll do these a little differently. Fans will be able to write out thank you notes that will be delivered to Military Members as a thanks for their service.
Evolution of Mom Dancing, Dance Off – In a skit that was originally performed by Jimmy and First Lady, Michelle Obama, we will have a an Evolution of Mom Dancing Dance Off. The winner will be the one who probably embarrasses their kids the most.
Lip Sync Throwdown – The Brooklyn Cyclones players and Beach Bums will square off in an epic lip sync battle for the ages.
Visiting Team Superlatives – The headshots for the Aberdeen IronBirds will have additional titles besides outfielder or infielder…like “Most Likely to Dress Like a Super Trooper for Halloween” (We’re looking at you Daniel Ayers).
In honor of Jimmy’s musical troupe, The Ragtime Gals, a Barbershop Qaurtet will perform the National Anthem.
History of Rap Fireworks – Following the game, fans will be able to enjoy a special Coney Island Fireworks show set to one of Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake’s classic collaborations.
