Slackish Reaction: The Mets destroyed the Phillies. Yo homered three times. The Dark Knight was fine…..cruising….and then left the game with a tight left hamstring. Oh no as they used to say. However, with the calm of the dawn we are being told The Dark Knight will make his next start.
It’s kind of nice having Matt being the quiet #3 starter without all the drama and the Harvey Day nonsense. He was Just Another Pitcher last night and it was refreshing. Maybe we can all stay that way and let hi quietly win 15 games….the problem is, if he keeps winning you yahoos will start the Harvey Day nonsense again. Stay calm people.

I have been mentioning that hard to describe annoying metallic whine on WOR broadcasts….you can hear it here especially between 11 and 13 seconds. It only appears during the baseball parts of WOR broadcasts and goes away when they go to commercial, and only happens on the AM signal so it’s not the feed coming from Maj. Take a listen. Maybe someone will fix this if I complain about it for 3 years.
