Slackish Reaction: The best decision I made was deciding after the Top 9 that I was not chasing that game until 1am. The Mets won in the 16th on TdA HR I am told. In the part of the game I saw – Jose Reyes got a hit (WOW), and that Cespedes guy looked pretty good, the Gazelle Man needs to step it up, and the Mets relievers stink despite somehow pitching 11 2/3 scoreless innings!
The Marlins apparently used tonight’s starter in relief. Um, ok.
And and and…and this is where I would have been mad…we almost had Wheeler play 1B. Wacky defense!

Anyway, I got a great night’s sleep. I actually woke up and tuned in for the 12th and almost almost almost started watching again and decided I like sleep. Mmmm sleep.
The Daily News has an article that has words like Reyes and “Road Family” in it. The article also suggests that maybe perhaps some married Mets had girlfriends on the road. Interesting.
