Super awesome look: Las Vegas 51’s to play as Reyes de Plata!

I was all in on this as soon as I saw a skeleton and Reyes….you know….anyway, it turns out our very own 51s are doing this.  I’m already on line ahead of @mediagoon to get merch.

The Las Vegas 51s will take the field as the Las Vegas Reyes de Plata (“Silver Kings”), celebrating the city and state’s pioneering history at the forefront of the precious metal mining business that continues to define the Silver State today. (Source)

Also, I want to point out they went with Reyes not “Los Reyes” which is reason 8 billion why Los Mets (having Los, not the idea)  was silly and N U E V A Y O R K would have been cool.
