SLACKISH REACTION: actually wanted to watch the Mets game, but as the rain delay dragged on and on and then I heard 9pm start I decided to bail, and had a marathon of The Office with my kid. The second half of season 8 isn’t as bad as the front, but Andy is terrible and it is like they had scripts that said Michael Scott and just crossed out his name and wrote Andy. Apparently the Mets lost 3-1. Apparently Terry was making excuses like the Subway Series is over and Trade Rumors as reasons the Mets lost. That’s pretty lame TC.
Whoever Mets Catcher Luis Lebron is, he has been suspended 25 games.
Anyway, Curtis was a fine fine Met, and an even better citizen. He will be welcome in Queens any time, as Jason and I discussed on the latest episode of the podcast (iTunes link)
