SLACKISH REACTION: The bagel store was out of Plain. Plain? How do you not have plain? I used to be a big Onion guy but the onion was never hot, so I switched to plain because it increased the chances of me getting hot ones. Anyway, I asked the guy for “Whatever is hot” and he served me well.
