Here’s the poll
Who is the greatest Mets second baseman of all time? Results will be revealed/discussed Thursday at 6pm on Baseball Night in New York.

Felix Millan? Is this the same Felix Millan that hit .278 with 8 HRs in five years? And I know you millennials love OPS for some reason – .668
Wally Backman? He was a platoon layer guys. Yes he won a ring, but .288 and 7 HRs in 9 years. You cannot be serious. Oh and .687 for the mi
Tim Teufel? The lesser half of the same platoon? .256. 35HRs in 6 years. .747 for the millennials. Not one human will pick Tim. Sorry. Even Tim Teufel won’t vote for Tim Teufel.
Edgardo Alfonzo. OK now we’re talking. .292 and 45. Good glove. .782 for the milennials. I’m including his 3B stats because I am lazy.
Now now SNY. Come on bros. Could I interest you in one more player?
Say there was a guy hit .288 with 62HRs! Say we said .755 in the direction of the millennials. Could even mention an All Star Game appearance. Maybe that he carried a pennant winning team for three weeks in October. We’d have to at least include this guy right? Even if he was the worst fielder and the worst baserunner in the history of baseball you’d still at least make him an option right? Maybe Alfonzo is the choice but you’d have to at least include such a player, no?
