The New York Mets officially begin practice at their spring training complex on Wednesday morning and the workouts are open to the general public.
The Mets will practice everyday and fans can come watch for free. That includes spring training game days, although the open workout period for fans ends at 11:30 a.m. on those days.
Gates at First Data Field open at 9:30 a.m. Fans can park in the main lot and must enter the complex behind Field 2, which is located near Gate 1.
Merchandise will be available for purchase between the practice fields for the duration of open workouts. The main Fan Shop inside First Data Field is open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets to spring training games can be purchased at the First Data Field box office from 10 a.m-4 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday.
Food and drinks will also be sold during open workouts.
