That being said, if you think WILMER FLORES IN THE OUTFIELD is a good idea, then let us learn from the mistakes of every spring from Mike Piazza to Jay Bruce and actually USE THE PRACTICE GAMES THAT DON’T COUNT TO LET WILMER FLORES PRACTICE PLAYING OUT OF POSITION. They won’t. They will wait until some day game after a night game when Yo doesn’t feel like playing and send Wilmer out there with 4 innings of ST under his belt. You know I am right.
Oh they also want Jose Reyes in the OF because no matter what he will just not go away. Well unless Jeter offers him a contact, in which case he’ll be gone by 12:01. Come on Jeets.
