Also not linking to Sandy Says Tebow Could Play In Majors. We should all ignore the Tebow stuff, and I think this is Wag The Dog to get you to stop talking about the Mets going shark fishing and hanging with Donald Trump Jr.
Why are lazy people parroting the phrase “Reyes reunion.” He was on the team in 2016 and 2017.
SLACKISH REACTION: The media lapped the Tebow stuff up because that’s what they do. The non-story even got the back pages. The Mets are probably lucky the shark thing happened on a Friday night into a holiday weekend and not on a Tuesday morning when WFAN had nothing to talk about, but there’s still a chance, although lazy hosts may just default to Tebow.
