SLACKISH REACTION: I mentioned the original #metsfansunited guys had reinvigorated me, and I have had a lot of fun writing the blog lately (and again after a lull on both ends). And traffic is up a lot, back toward 2015 levels. So thank you for reading, and you guys seem to like the sarcastic version I have been handing in…so I will ride this wave for a while. Much thanks.
ICYMI since nobody was using the #metsfansunited tag, I have taken it over and declared myself the leader. Whereas #metsfansunited was originally a boycott an alumni advocacy group, #metsfansunited 2.0 is a group of supporters united in cheering for the Mets. Our first meeting, which is a public meeting unlike the original group, will be held at Citi Field at 1pm Thursday. Please wear something blue so we know how to recognize each other.
Anyway seriously thanks for reading lately, nice to see the numbers go up. I’ll write more about that when I have a chance. Today I have to actually work so expect all kinds of Mets News I would be able to cover, but I have good stuff on autopilot.
