Hi Mets fans. If you have a poor Guest Experience at Citi Field this season please let me know. I’d like to look into all of these.
I wasn’t at today’s game but I am being told that the Mets had long concession lines and ran out of hot dogs. That could make for a poor Guest Experience, although I am not sure the Mets care.
Let me know if anyone else experienced this today.
Wow @Mets glad you are winning but you need to do something about concessions – waited in line for 3 INNINGS and they just ran out of hot dogs. 🙄 #getittogether #bushleague #starving

I’m so glad I’m not the only person that complained about how bad the conssesion lines were at citi field. Idk how you can have unopened stands, have hour long lines, and run out of food. Also watched supervisors standing around instead of opening their other registers.

Waiting for food at Citi Field is the least efficient process I’ve been a part of, and I work in newsrooms.

Hey Citi Field: I know it involves paying workers which you probably don’t want to do, but your concession lines are a joke and are causing a hazard since lines are going into the concourse, yet you have stands unopened! Open them up next time!!!

Citi Field has a arguably the worst service I’ve ever seen

@metspolice I missed 4 innings on opening day waiting in a relatively short line at a stand that only served burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, and fries.
