On this Patriots Day, maybe we could borrow from the Red Sox and do N E W Y O R K jerseys at home for 9/11?
As you know it would be cool if the Mets wore first responder caps but can’t because we can put a man on the moon but nobody can figure this out…so what about this idea?
This is the Boston one for reference, the second a 1974 road jersey – so imagine the current road jersey but in white.
Perhaps given nearly 5 months (or say 17 months or even 29 months) someone can figure this out.
