Of all the black uniform pieces, this one was clearly the best. The color schedule works better with this font than it does on Mets, which always looked a little cheesy….
But on the road version, it worked better.
I’m not sure what else to say Tommy. I said earlier in the week that the Mets should do Black Friday in 2020. My idea was to do it at home, but if you want to add the road games too and wear these….I don’t think that would be crazy.
(BTW I can’t believe I am casually typing 2020 as a year that isn’t in the far distant future. Weeeeeiiiiiirrrrrrrdddd).
