As much as I enjoyed seeing the Giants back in town this weekend, I hated the idea of the Dodgers series. Way too many Dodgers fans turning Shea into a shrine to Brooklyn, and these people have to let it go. The Dodgers aren’t coming back. I love my Giants but I get that it’s only for a few games a year. These people act like the Dodgers are going to come home.
Anyway, it was Koosman Day so do you have any doubt who won? Of course not. One run, 5 hits. A Kooz Cruise.
Gliding Ed Charles still out there every day batting .155. Gil is unbelievable, but he does have this team at .500 somehow so props to him.
Of course tomorrow is Terrific Day so good luck with that.
