SLACKISH REACTION: Here’s a road the Mets could take. “Tim, I lost my cool yesterday and I am sorry. I should never have said that to you.” And that’s it. I think Mickey is a nice decent man and we all sometimes lose our cool. I don’t think this is why the guy should get fired, we have plenty of baseball reasons for that. I actually saw someone suggest they demote him to pitching coach, which obviously would never happen, but yeah that.
