I mean I could be stubborn and stick to my guns, but at some point I have to give this guy props. It’s late July and he has 15 wins. Wins are wins, and he somehow accumulates them.

Gil also has stopped jerking around with the lineup and is leaving Shamsky out there which is good.
Who knows, maybe the Cubs will surprise us and collapse. It’s been almost 25 years since they’ve been in a World Series…what’s another year lol?
