Younger Mets fans may not realize Kelenic was one of the Mets’ prospects! They dealt him to fix the bullpen and to acquire Robinson Cano who has $100M left on his contract and was coming off a PED Suspension. And also happened to be a former client of the GM but that’s a total coincidence.
