Insiders at the Queens Baseball Convention have told Mets Police that Jerry Koosman will be attending the 2020 Queens Baseball Convention of Nassau County.
The QBC2020 will be at Mulcahy’s.
Now believe you me, I am going to bust on the QBCONC for not being in Queens (Mulcahy’s is Nassau County) because I like busting on people, but it’s a good choice for a location. The QBC keeps growing and needs a bigger space. There’s plenty of parking. There’s LIRR right there. And before you complain about having to come from NJ, even I might come from NJ (I am trying to weasel out of this year’s event so I can play video games.)
But hey JERRY KOOSMAN. I know most millennials hadn’t heard of Koosman until late September 2019, but he’s one of the Mets greats and even the Mets see the wisdom in retiring his number.
