2012 Mets Alternate Caps #4
My 15 game plan is down to 4 games already! (Mid-summer panic)
I was checking in on my tickets and was surprised I only have 4 games left of my 15er. You may winder how that is possible.
Well…
1. I like to front-load. I get hopped up in April and May to be outside. By august I am counting the seconds of sunshine left so I tend to sit on Better Than Wright’s Deck as much as possible.
2. Once September comes Junior has soccer on Saturdays.
3. LOTS of travel for me this year in July and August.
So I have July 4 and 7 and then just two more. In 9 days I will have just two games left.
That’s kind of sad since I am enjoying this season tremendously but it’s not like Mets tickets are hard to come by. A few midweek specials, bum a ticket from @mediagoon, maybe even the Mets will have the bloggers over for dinner agin. Not all is lost..
Anyways, kind of surprising seeing how it’s June 29th.

I suspect this is one of the summer Fridays where the internet will shut down at 1pm. It’s sort of a holiday weekend, I guess? Who scheduled the 4th on a Wednesday – ick?
Anyway Mets Police will still be in full force coming tou you live poolside from Better Than Wright’s Deck.
And if you’re in the mood for fireworks, the Mets are having their night on the 3rd. You may recall they had been using the term “Pyrotechnics Night” the last two years but it seems people were getting confused even if Pyrotechnics was more accurate. But if you like colored flashes up in the sky..
