I am no expert in pitching mechanics but I found it an interesting read. Last summer I saw a bunch of things about MH’s mechanics too and those guy may have been correct. Anyway, I link, you decide. Note the picture I have used in this post is the one that I have not necessarily what is being discussed in the link.
