Yankee Stadium parking tips

Hadn't seen this anywhere

New lot on river ave is prepaid print at home only.

The "old" lot on river requires you to pay thru a machine. So if one
idiot forgets to pay pregame it's going to stall everyone. I sense
that leaving after 7 will be better

Trying to get video of scoreboard tara. Greetings from the Bronx.

Omar should stand by edgy remarks about New York Mets

Omar Minaya had it right the first time.

This team lacks a Keith Hernandez or Paul O'Neill. They blow games
and seasons and nobody seems particularly mad.

I heart Jerry, but the fire isn't coming from him either. The next
Mets manager should be a s… kicker like Wally Backman.

I don't know who this magical player is or what position he plays, but
Omar had it right and it's his job to find him.

Backing away from the comments is weak. Let the team hate you Omar,
who cares? Maybe that will bring the fire out in someone.

I keep wondeing if Beltran would wave that no-trade. He seems the
most moveable (you shouldn't trade wright or reyes and nobody will
want Delgado). It would break the logjam in the outfield and Beltran
would bring the best value.

That's Omar's job not mine. I'm just angling for the Mets to hire me
as "fan consultant" so I can help them with uniform choices and the
Mets museum.

Phillies Bloggers Welcome New York Mets Fans

Brotherly love and a shoutout to the Mets Police…the least we can do is return the link.

Here’s some friendship from Balls, Sticks and Stuff

Typically, the influx of Mets fans in our stadium annoys me.  I’m proud of the home field advantage fans provide for the Fightins and so when Mets fans fill up a third or more of the stadium…  I just don’t like it.IMG_4113
But this year, in a way, I’m almost looking forward to it.  I want those New Yorkers to see the 2008 flag flying high, the 2007 and 2008 NL East flags right next to them.  I want them to see the small smiles that haven’t left our faces since October, I want them to hear the “Rah-ooooool!” that greets Raul Ibanez and see how the whole place subconciously bobs their heads when Chase Utley’s “Kashmir” plays over the public address system.  I want them to feelthe bass-y ring of liberty bell in right field.   Suck it in friends to the north, suck it in…

More at Balls, Sticks and Stuff,

Hi guys, I hope we can be friends, especially if Pelfrey can hold this 5-3 lead.
