While Murphy’s production seems to have plateaued, he still entered last night tied for fifth among National League second basemen in OPS. Granted, most of the sport’s best second basemen are in the American League Robinson Cano, Ian Kinsler, Dustin Pedroia, but even with that, Murphy entered last night tied for ninth among MLB second basemen in OPS. So if he’s going to be a top-10 second baseman in terms of production, that’s valuable. And that’s probably fine for a couple million dollars per year.Still, it’s disheartening to the Mets Murphy doesn’t seem to be getting better

And, there doesn’t seem to be any accountability for this from the players all the way up to the manager.
A reminder, the Terry Watch Watch is not a Terry Watch. It’s a watch to see if the media is closing in.
Cooling Mists on the Party deck?
I was at the game yesterday and I noticed something different about the party deck. There seems to be cooling mists now. When I was at the Party Deck on July 4th it was murder. The heat and humidity was off the charts. I mentioned to a few peeps that were there with me ( Darren from the7line and Enzo) that they should have some cooling mists set up for these days. Looks like they did.
NICE……
