Here’s a good link in which we get a first hand report on what it was like to be at the Mets send-off yesterday.
As the author says, and I have been saying, I think the Mets heart was in the right place, I don’t want to beat up on the Mets, but it seems this didn’t come off perfectly which has disappointed some.
I’m not out to play Gotcha with the Mets, I’m just commenting on what Mets fans are talking about which is what we do here at the MP. Personally, I’d rather be writing about Daniel Murphy but Sandy had other ideas.
