Citi Field Obstructed Views Petition (and more pictures!)

I don’t know what can be done about the obstructed views at Citi Field but there’s now a petition you can sign to….accomplish something I guess.   The point seems to be to

Citi Field Obstructions Petition

How long until Chuck Schumer realizes this is a trendy subject to be outraged about and releases a statement “against obstructed views.”  Too political?

Section Six blog  has a nice long rant about the obstructed views with a whole new set of pictures.

This will be fun once the tabloids realize what’s going on.

  1. Billion dollars the kind of mistakes made in this stadium the architect should be arrested. I have one of the good lower seats, the angle of the lower section seats within the diamond is TOO Shallow- I am staring at a kids head for half the field the whole game, and I am 6 feet tall- Yes, I can sit on the edge of my seat or crane my head but for charging the price of most yearly mortgages, you expect not to have to do this-
    no way to fix either-

  2. This is terrible business. Seat obstructions? What are they thinking? So you sell one season, but let’s see who purchases season tickets next year for seats with obstructed views! Screwing over your fans isn’t exactly the best way to win them over (especially after two straight collapses)! Bad business practice from my favorite team. I’m disappointed.

  3. There are so many flaws with this stadium, the Wilpon’s were fleeced once by Madoff, and second time by whomever designed this joke of a stadium!

  4. I have heard many things about the stadium, and about the obstrutions. I am not sure if I want to waist my money on a view that is horrible.
