The Mets announced their tentative 2010 schedule today. According to WFAN.com the Mets “will open their 2010 season at Citi Field Monday, April 5 when they host the Florida Marlins at 1:10 p.m”
Wait a second.
I thought the first game of the season was supposed to be a night game? Can somebody please explain to me this concept of having Opening Day…..during the DAY?
Interestingly, at mets.com they make no mention of the starting time for the first game next year.
