Photo Tour Of Coors Field (Part 1)

Before Joe Torre sends them packing, I thought it would be fun to explore Coors Field.  First let me say that it’s amazing that a stadium still has the original name.

This outside looks very nice to me.

So my friend that took these is some sort of International Man of Mystery.  He leaves the city every weekend and drinks.   So of course he sent us pictures of the microbrewery.

A microbrewery at Citi would be a cool idea…maybe some Brooklyn Brewery action to make Fred happy. I wonder if Jeff is a Mets fan or if he likes the Dodgers too?

Hey there’s some old pictures of…..Dodgers????  Looks like we have a lot in common with Colorado.  Oh wait, there’s a NY Giant – forget it.

Like I said, this guy travels and drinks beer…maybe he’ll take us inside eventually….but the bar does look fun (and Citi sure could use something like this – or a “Stan’s” over on 126th.)

Well we’ve finally made it to the seats, looks like we have good ones – and Huston Street is on the mound.

The netting annoys me, but looks like James Bond had nice seats.

Looks kind of nice.  These were taken on Sunday 9/27 when the Rockies were trying to bag a wild card…I guess everyone was watching the Broncos.

Enjoy the snow, more from Coors Field tomorrow.
