Scioscia: Baseball Will Consider Condensing Playoff Schedule
And I saw some of the Yankee fans get upset when you point out they only played 12 games in 31 days or whatever it was. It was lame. It doesn’t cheapen the championship….but it will when some year “Orel Hershiser” type pitches 9 of those 12 games. If you lived thru ’88 you know what I mean.
