John Franco in a swoosh Mets jersey

Oh the humanity.

Paul’s Random Baseball Stuff has inflicted this upon me before I
have even had my coffee. Whatever you do, don’t visit Paul
lest you see the rest of the cards from the set. Did someone think
that was a good look? Break out the black!


Paul’s site should be in your daily routine. It is in the early running

    I actually want to see the Mets resurrect the swoosh uniforms for a throwback weekend… just to remind us how bad things used to be.

    1. What they outta do, for their alt uni this year, is make a black pullover version of this with blue pinstripes, use orange as a dropshadow, and then perhaps the racing stripes. And it should say Los Mets too, with a similar tail for the Los.
