As you’ve noticed I decided I should start sucking up to the Piazza Generation…here’s a Sports Illustrated from 2000 commemorating The Subway Series. It doesn’t end well Mets fans. Because I’m fair I will admit that the picture of Mike Hampton looks good despite all the color challenges. This magazine also came in handy for an upcoming episode of How I Met The Mets.
