      i have the amazin mets album too !
      bought it in the record dept. at macy’s.
      please. order the miracle mets album. it has been in my mets collection since i was 11 years old. lots of play by play and interviews from the wjrz broadcast with kiner,murphy and nelson on the mic,the 3 game NLCS slugfest vs atlanta,and the world series (the play by play was done by jim simpson kiner and the orioles bill o’donnel. lots of other nice surprises i will not tell u about.

  1. Awesome! I had this record as a kid. It has a great opening: an organ playing the funeral march with Lindsey Nelson saying “if you looked at a NY National League fan in 1957 you’d think somebody had died.”

    I wonder if it’s still buried somewhere in my mom’s apartment.
